We want you to give the practice a fair try. If you follow the 21-Day Tai Chi Walking Guide and feel it has not helped you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by completing the simple verification below.
How to request a refund
- Practise with the guide and record a short video of your session on at least 3 separate days. A phone video is fine. It only needs to show you following that day’s moves from the guide.
- Email support@smartflowtaichi.com with your order reference (it starts with TCW-) and your videos, or a link to them (Google Drive, Dropbox or similar).
- We review your submission, usually within 2 business days.
- Once your practice is verified, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 days.
Why we ask for this
The guide is a digital product that is delivered instantly and cannot be returned. Asking for a few days of recorded practice lets us offer a genuine refund to everyone who has tried the guide, while protecting us from misuse.
Your videos
Your videos are used only to verify your refund request. They are never shared or published and are deleted within 30 days of our decision.
Cancellations
The guide is delivered instantly, so an order cannot be cancelled once payment is complete. Refunds are available only through the practice guarantee above.
When the money reaches you
After we issue a refund, Razorpay refunds usually reach your bank account or card in 5–7 business days. PayPal refunds usually appear within a few days.
Duplicate or failed payments
These do not need any videos. If you were charged twice, or were charged but did not receive your guide, contact us and we will resend the guide or refund the extra payment in full straight away.
