- Your quiz answers: goals, age range, balance, comfort areas and daily time.
- Your first name, email address and preferred paper size.
- Order details: amount, currency, order reference and the payment reference from Razorpay or PayPal. We never receive your full card or bank details.
- Practice videos you send us with a refund request. These are used only to verify the request and are deleted within 30 days of our decision.
- Technical information: approximate country, device type, browser, the pages and quiz steps you view and campaign (UTM) tags. Your IP address is stored only as a one-way hash.
How we use it
- To build and deliver your personalised guide.
- To process payments, prevent fraud and keep records required by law.
- To answer your questions and help with your order.
- To understand, in aggregate, how people use the quiz so we can improve it.
- To send occasional walking tips, only if you ticked the box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Payment providers
Payments are handled by Razorpay (India) and PayPal (international). They process your payment details under their own privacy policies.

Your quiz progress is saved in your browser so you do not lose it if you refresh. See our Cookie Policy for details, including any analytics or advertising tools.
How long we keep it
Access-log entries are deleted automatically after 180 days. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally 8 years in India). Quiz leads are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing emails, by writing to support@smartflowtaichi.com. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 or the GDPR.
Security
We use HTTPS, restrict admin access and never store payment card data.

The site and guide are intended for adults aged 18 and over.
